Renovation of a country home
The classic, modern finca just outside Palma had to be completely renovated and materialised with top quality fittings for the subsequent sale. I designed the spacious premises so that they would appeal to potential buyers with different cultural backgrounds.
I furnished the property using fabrics and carpets with the objective of ensuring that the future owners would be able to spend their holidays in this beautiful house the whole year round – even in the cooler winter months. Therefore, it is not only a summer house, but one for all four seasons, which also exist on Majorca.
